Linda Ann Kochanski Conahan, a resident of East End Wilkes-Barre, died Monday, November 22, 2010, at Hospice Care Heritage House. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., on December 7, 1960, she was a daughter of the late Francis and Dorothy Everett Kochanski Sr. She was educated in the Wilkes-Barre Area schools. Linda's family and friends stood by her and helped support her while she battled the fight against cancer. She was preceded in death by nephew Nicholas Havard, and stepsons Richard Jr., Martin (Marty) and Ralph Sr. Surviving are her husband of 32 years, Richard Conahan Sr.; stepdaughter Jane (Snookie) Monaco; several grandchildren, including Alyssa Conahan; sister Jacqueline Havard; brothers Richard W. Kochanski, Francis Carl Kochanski Jr. and Thomas Michael Miskewicz Jr.; as well as nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, brothers-in law, mother-in-law Aileen Conahan, aunts and uncles, and her dog, Dalton. Friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. Friday at the Yeosock Funeral Home, 40 S. Main St., Plains Township. |
