Mike “Papa Mike” “Pa” Cisneros, born Nov 15, 1930. Mike entered God’s eternal life with his loving family surrounding him on March 24, 2011. Survived by Juanita, his loving wife; children, Cindi (Michael) Flaherty, Michael (Mary) Cisneros, Mark (Pam) Cisneros; grandchildren, Michelle (Rick) Jewell, Sarah (Hank) Sawyer, Patti Sue Flaherty, Carly, Amanda, and Haley Cisneros, Markie and Daniel Cisneros; great grandchildren, Gabriella, Kennedy, Phoebe and Piper Sawyer, Isabella and Olivia Jewell; siblings, DeDe Aranda, Maxine Tenorio, Julian (Anita) Cisneros. Preceded in death by parents, Angelo and Andrea Cisneros. Mike enjoyed all sports, especially steel darts and fishing. His true passion was watching his children and grandchildren participate in their favorite activities. He spent 33 years working in the blast furnace at CF&I. Donations can be made in Mike’s name to the New Center for Migrant Workers, PO Box 304, Avondale, CO, 81022. A Rosary will be held 10:30 am, Thursday, March 31, 2011 with Funeral Mass to follow at 11:00 am, both at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Entombment to follow at Roselawn Cemetery. |
