Mr. Sapp will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd. and may be viewed from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM Sunday. After which, Mr. Sapp, Jr. will be interred at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, 8220 S. Bragg Blvd., Spring Lake, NC 28390.
