Rose M. Burlingame age 77 of Durand, passed away Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at her home. Mass of the Resurrection will be 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Durand. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Rose Marie Balish was born December 11, 1946 in Durand, a daughter of George and Maria (Novalese) Balish. On January 18, 1964 she married Terry Burlingame Sr. Rose enjoyed gardening, shopping, going out to eat, spending time with her family and going to her grandchildren's school events. She also loved spending time with her pets Stella and Bandit.
Rose is survived by her sons, Terry (Tina) Burlingame Jr., Jamie (Sherry) Burlingame, and Jeremy (Maegan) Burlingame; grandchildren, Tyler (Sara), Travis, Caleb, Caitlynn, Bella Rose and Andrew; sisters, Anna (Gary) Grant, Josephine Allen and Kristine (Zach) Briggs. She was preceded in death by her husband, Terry Burlingame Sr.; parents, George and Maria Balish; brother-in-law, Ken Allen; and niece, Samantha Allen.
