Williams was a resident of Flint for 56 years and a member of First Union Baptist Church. She enjoyed fishing, cooking and watching her westerns movies. Sis. Elsie had a love for her family and especially being around young people.
Sis. Elsie Fay Williams leaves to cherish her memory: loving daughter, Betty Franklin; 7 grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Sis. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, W.L. Williams and daughter, Nina Gay.
