Ervin Junior Worden, age 79 passed away on February 10, 2021 in Grand Blanc, Michigan surrounded by family. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 19, 2021 from 11am - 12:30 pm with funeral service following at 12:30 pm at Seventh Day Adventist Church - 16180 Fish Lake Rd, Holly, Michigan. Pastor Daniel Ferraz to officiate. Interment will be at Birch Run Township Cemetery. Ervin retired from Buick City after 25 years of service. He went on to tinker on anything he could get his hands on; he was a "jack of all trades". Nothing was ever broken, just in need of some tinkering. Ervin was a man of generosity, selflessness and he loved to meet new people. He loved to garden, fish and travel. He had great love for his beloved companion, Duke.
Ervin is survived by his children: Marie (Pat) Horgan, Teresa (Jeff) Goralski, Ervin Worden, Serena (Mark) Worden, Patty Worden; step-children: Melinda (Jack) Shewbuirt, Joseph Gualdoni, George Gualdoni, David (Jessica) Gualdoni; grandchildren: Trish (Brett) Price, Carisa (Dana) Garcia, Kyle Horgan, Alicia (Andy) Swisher, Dezerie Hippensteel, Stuart (Alyssa) Goralski, E.J. Worden, Maurenya (Bryan) Shewbuirt, Justin (Kristi) Shewbuirt, Joseph Gualdoni II, Steven Hurley, Ian Hurley; great-grandchildren: Hailey, Hunter, Shane, Colten, Malia, Abigail, Aubrey, Raelynn and Lucas; siblings, Denny Worden, Barbara (Bruce) Lipford, Kathy (Tony) Ruiz and Lester Worden. He was preceded in death by his wife, Christina Worden; Parents: Lester James "Pete" Worden, Evelyn Agnes Worden and siblings, Georgia, Gordon, and Ralph. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to U Can-Cer Vive Foundation P.O Box 1177 Highland, MI 48357 in memory of Ervin and honor of Kyle Horgan. In compliance with state and local mandates please practice social distancing, wear a facial covering, and follow gathering limitations while visiting.
