TRETHEWEY, STEPHANIE NICOLE (TERRY) – Of Burton, age 39, died Thursday, July 10, 2025, at her residence.
Funeral service will be held at 2 pm Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. Pastor Brandon Robertson officiating.
Visitation will be from 11 am Tuesday, July 15, 2025, until the time of service.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the family.
Cremation will take place following the service.
Stephanie was born in Flint, Michigan on September 25, 1985, the daughter of Michael and Annette (Roberts) Terry.
Stephanie graduated from Bendle High School in 2003 and then Mott Community College with a degree in nursing. Stephanie had a passion for taking care of her patients and created bonds with them and their families.
Surviving are her parents, Michael, and Anette Terry;
children, Mallory, Brennen, and Dylan;
brothers, Michael and wife Kristen Terry, Matthew and wife Madison Terry;
grandson, Clint Nelson;
former husband and best friend John Trethewey;
former mother and father-in-law, John and Marjorie Trethewey;
many aunts, uncles, nieces and cousins;
grandmother, Louise Terry.
She was preceded in death by, grandfather Melvin Terry Sr, aunts Karen Dykes and Debra Fisher, uncle, Carl Roberts, grandparents, Carl and Charlene Roberts.
