SMITH, Emma Jean - Of Grand Blanc, age 90, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 25, 2025 at Brookdale Memory Care.
Funeral service will be held 11am Thursday, October 30, 2025, at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint, Pastor Jerome Taylor officiating.
Visitation 1-3pm and 5-7pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.
Those desiring may make contributions to Brookdale Memory Care.
Emma was born in Moro, Arkansas on September 27, 1935, the daughter of the late Clarence and Annie Lorine (Burns) Boswell. Emma worked as a waitress at Fifth Avenue Grill for many years and as a secretary at Glory Land Church.
Those left to cherish her memory are her step-daughter, Judy (Robby) Jones and their children and grandchildren;
Brothers, Kenny (Betty) Boswell of Arkansas and Clarence Boswell of Imlay City;
And many nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her husbands, Russell Goslow and Ollie Smith, brothers and sisters, Troy Boswell, Bobby Boswell, Christine Smith, Velma Horton, Peggy Franklin, and Shirley McCormick.
