Born July 13, 1939 Died at 84 years of age on December 25, 2023.
Preceded in death by her parents James and Chrysoula Daros, brother Dr. Lester Daros (Lynda), nephew Christopher Daros and sister-in-law Connie Daros.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, December 28, 2023 at Assumption Greek Orthodox Church, 2245 East Baldwin Road, Grand Blanc, Father Peter Bistolarides officiating.
Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery.
Those desiring may make contributions to Assumption Greek Orthodox Church of Grand Blanc, MI.
Visitation 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road.
A Trisagion Service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Chris worked in the Genesee County Treasurer's office for many years before moving to Phoenix, Arizona where she became the head of payroll for Maricopa County Hospital.
As the child of Greek immigrants, she was raised with a strong work ethic, a love of country, and a devotion to her family and friends.
She is survived by brother, Dr. E. James Daros and his wife, Jackie;
sister, Katherine Sheiko and her husband Paul;
nephews, Dr. Antony Daros (Amy), Kyle Sheiko (Stacey) and Lester (Chip) Daros Jr (Brooke), and nieces, Dr. Alexandra Beier (Shaun), Kristin Sheiko Davies (Richard), Kimberly Daros Winchel, and Kelle Berkeley (Lauren).
