Dorothy “Loraine” Turcsak, age 80, of Lapeer went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 25, 2021 at home.
Loraine was born August 31, 1940 to the late Ralph and Dorothy Daley. She married Andrew Turcsak Jr. on September 9, 1961. Loraine was a member of Cornerstone Christian Fellowship. She retied from Oakdale State Hospital in Lapeer in 1997.
Loraine enjoyed swimming, crocheting, walks, cooking for her family, and camping.
Loraine was devoted to her family, and seeing them all happy in life brought her the greatest joy.
Loraine is survived by her husband Andrew Jr., children Mark (Cheri) Turcsak, Marci Jo Turcsak, sister Charlotte (Sam) Williams, grand-daughters Stephanie, Ashley, and 6 and 1 more on the way great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her grandson Andrew.
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Loraine’s Life will be held at 12:00 PM on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Cornerstone Christian Fellowship in Lapeer, where friends may visit 1 hour prior to services.
