BROWN, Marion Louise – age 99, of Flint, formerly of Hale and Burton, Michigan passed away on February 18, 2019 at Genesee Gardens in Flint. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, February 21, 2019 at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery in Hale, Michigan. The family will receive visitors on Friday, February 21, 2019 from 10:00 Am until time of service at 11:00 AM at the funeral home in Clio, Michigan. Memorial contributions can be made to the Susan G. Komen Cure for Breast Cancer.
Marion was born January 5, 1920 to the late George and Julia (Sage) Ecker. On October 4, 1941 she married Gerald W. Brown and he preceded her in death on August 25, 1941. She was employed as a Accountant, working 26 years for WTAC Radio in Grand Blanc, prior to her retirement in 1982.
Surviving are: Granddaughters, Tammy (Cory) Klockenga, Debra (Kurt) Lloyd; Grandsons, Timothy (Kim) Brown, David Brown; 5 Great Grandsons; 1 Great Granddaughter; 3 Great Great Granddaughters; 1 Great Great Grandson; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Brown; Son, Gerald(Carolyn) Brown Jr.; Brothers, Edwin Ecker, Leonard (Dorothy) Ecker; Sister, Emma (Charles) Cross.
