STANDISH, Garry Lee II – Of Flint, age 57, sadly left our world on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, after a life richly lived in service and kindness.
Garry was born in Saginaw, Michigan on July 9, 1968, the son of Garry I and Judith Standish. He was a retired member of Local #324 Operators Union for most of his life. He will forever be remembered as “Dozer Man”! Garry will be treasured for his teasing jokes, his unfailing work ethic and his willingness to help a neighbor in need, no matter the circumstances. He was always singing to his kids and his lovely bride of 28 years or working with his hands to make beautiful wooden projects for the people he loved. Garry had a bright energetic spirit and was known for his ability to sense when someone needed help. He touched many lives with his generosity and passion for life.
Surviving are wife of 28 years, Tina Standish;
Children, Jessica (Clint), Garry, Falicia, Rachael, Kodi (Kayla) and Jacob;
Siblings, Seneca (Kim), Connie, Tammy (Randy), Vheri (Mike), Cheri, Cjeune and Terri Standish;
Many nieces, nephews and several grandchildren;
Mother, Judy Standish.
He was preceded in death by his father, Garry Lee Standish I.

Cremation will take place and a Celebration of Life Barbeque will be held at a date and time to be determined.
