Barbara Diane Louise Frost (Sikes)
Born in Flint, Michigan August 16, 1964 • Passed away in Clio, Michigan November 9, 2025
Barbara Diane Louise Frost passed away peacefully at her home in Clio, Michigan, surrounded by her loved ones.
Barbara was the beloved wife of 42 years to Timothy Frost, and the devoted mother of two daughters, Heather (Husband, Tim) and Emily. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Cooper and Quinn, who were the joy of her life.
Born and raised in Flint, Michigan, Barbara was one of five sisters — Jeanine, Peggy, Lisa, and Kelly — and shared an unbreakable bond of love, laughter, and sisterhood with each of them. Mickey’s girls.
Barbara loved being around her family, playing bingo, bowling, reading, and soaking up the summertime sunshine. She was funny, sassy, and quick-witted — always ready with a smile, some spunk or a silly face that could make anyone laugh. She was an amazing wife, mother and person, someone who could always be depended on for love, guidance, and strength.
Most importantly, Barbara was a child of God. She accepted Jesus into her heart and lived her life with faith, love, and compassion.
A memorial dinner will be held Sunday, November 16, 2025, from 2pm-6pm at Roma Pizzeria & Restaurant Hall (5227 Saginaw St, Flint, MI 48505) and a celebration of life will be held next summer.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation in her memory to “Homes for Hope” (810-577-1246) or simply share a moment of kindness in her honor.
Barbara’s light, laughter, and love will forever shine in heaven and the hearts of those who knew her.
“Just breathe.”
