Barbara Elaine (Dodge) Taylor of Davison, age 85, died Tuesday January 7, 2025 in Whitwell, Tennessee. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 noon Friday June 20, 2025 at St. Dunstan’s Episcopal Church 1523 N. Oak Rd. Davison, Rev. Sue Colavincenzo officiating with private family burial in Davison Cemetery on Saturday.
Family will receive visitors from 11:00 am Friday until time of services at the church. Those
desiring may make contributions in Barbara’s memory to St. Dunstan’s Memorial Fund or St.
Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
Barbara was born in Flint Michigan on Aug. 28, 1939 the daughter of the late Charles and Inez (Holbert) Dodge and has resided in the Davison area most of her life. She is a member of St. Dunstan’s Episcopal Church.
She leaves to cherish her memory daughters; Lori (Eric) Bommer, and Lisa (Harry) Wade. Her loving grandchildren; Devon Bommer, Seth Bommer, Nicholas (Brooke Fehlenberg) Wade, Alexandria (Jared) Gabriel, and great granddaughter Elliana Gabriel. Also surviving are nephews: Jim (Faye) Jaissle and daughter Kristin, Michael Jaissle and family, and a host of extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by sisters: Mary Jaissle in Oct. 1985 and Beverly “Bev” Dodge in Oct. 2016. Please share your condolences at www.hansenfuneralhome.net |
