MARTIN, Christopher D.-Age 33, of Swartz Creek, died January 16, 2017. Funeral Services will be held 2 PM Sunday, January 22, at Sharp Funeral Homes Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Visitation will take place 2-4 and 6-8 PM Saturday and 12PM until the time of service Sunday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to the family, care of Sharp Funeral Homes.
Christopher was born September 13,1983 in Flint the son of Doyle and Mary (Bessolo) Martin. He was a graduate of Swartz Creek High School where he played hockey and football. Christopher loved Horticulture and was an avid Reader.
Christopher is survived by his parents, Doyle and Mary Martin; sisters, Dana Massimino, Courtney (Greg) Hummel, and Kimberly Martin; grandmother; Gwen Bessolo; nieces and nephews, Paige, Garrett, Kennedy, and Aiden; he is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Christopher was preceded in death by his grandparents, Dante Bessolo and Earl and Susan Martin; and his beloved Beagle, "Duke."
