In Loving Memory of Kerry R. Haley
Age 72 of Owosso, Michigan, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2026.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Owosso Bible Church, with Pastor Josh Haley officiating. She will be laid to rest at St. Andrews Cemetery in Saginaw, Michigan. The family welcomes friends and loved ones for visitation at Nelson-House Funeral Home in Owosso, on Friday from 10 AM to 12 PM and from 2 PM to 8 PM, as well as on Saturday from 10 AM until the service begins.
Born on May 25, 1953, in Hamilton, Ontario, Kerry was the beloved daughter of Ronald and Gwendolyn (Garside) Seager.
She graduated from Arthur Hill High School in 1971
Kerry held steadfast to her Christian faith as a past member and pastor of Owosso Bible Church and Temple of The Firstborn in Saginaw and was actively involved in the Republican Party, becoming a cherished part of the Shiawassee and Saginaw G.O.P. She also contributed her time and heart to the Republican Women's Federation, the Owosso Kiwanis, and She Leads Michigan. She was also a Precinct Delegate. She enjoyed singing and serving The Lord.
On December 17, 1977, Kerry married Will Haley in Bay City, Michigan. He later predeceased her on October 23, 2015.
In her roles as a pastor, mother, grandmother, and activist, Kerry touched the lives of so many.
She is survived by her son, Josh (Perecles) Haley; her grandsons, David Haley and Daniel Haley; her siblings, Mike Seager, Kim Seager, David Seager, and Chris Seager; and her wonderful caregiver, Mike Jacobs.
Kerry was preceded in death by her husband, Will, and her parents, Ronald and Gwendolyn Seager.
The family invites memorial contributions to be made to Owosso Bible Church located at 510 North Baldwin Road, Owosso, Michigan a place that held significant meaning in Kerry’s life.
