Perez, Rita C. Age 94 of Flint, died November 22, 2017. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM Monday, November 27, 2017 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 2316 W. Coldwater Road, Flint, Fr. Thomas Firestone, celebrant. Burial in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday, November 26, 2017 from 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM at Sharp Funeral Homes & Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. A Rosary will be prayed 7:00 PM Sunday. Rita was born May 27, 1923 in Saspanco, Texas the daughter of Servino and Trinadad (Cervantez) Castillo. She married Hilario P. Perez in San Antonio, Texas on May 14, 1940 and he preceded her in death on November 22, 2008 after 68 years of marriage. She was employed at the Sarvais Food Center and also Percy Catering Company. Rita together with her husband Hilario and five children resided in Flint. She was a member of Our Lady or Guadalupe and the Senior Club in San Antonio, Texas. Surviving are children, Celia Booth, Ernesto (Onalee) Perez, Jose Perez, Antonio (Diane) Perez and Beatrice Perez; 10 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren, and 10 great-great grandchildren.
