Mr. Roosevelt Dwayne Seabron was born February 18, 1956 in Texarkana, Arkansas the son of Roosevelt and Charlene Seabron. Roosevelt graduated from Flint Northern High School, later joining the U.S. Army in 1976. He was employed at Soroc Products and Citizen Disposal Flint, MI. He enjoyed listening to music, playing cards, Dominoes and being around his family and friends. He also enjoyed taking pictures and talking a lot of Smack. But most of all he enjoyed talking to his brother every morning. Roosevelt would always say “Don’t Tell Me Bye”
