MCCORMICK, CHARLOTTE - Of Grand Blanc, age 73, passed away Friday, June 26, 2026, at Swank Assisted Living.
Funeral service will be held at 1pm on Thursday, July 2, 2026, at Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint.
Dr. Max B. Hayden officiating.
Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at 11am on Thursday until the time of service at the funeral home.
Charlotte was born in Flint, Michigan on May 1, 1953, the daughter of the late Richard and Rose (Reihl) Courser.
She married Ric McCormick on March 30, 1974, he was the love of her life.
Charlotte enjoyed going to their place up north to go snowmobiling, canoeing and riding the three-wheeler. She also enjoyed sewing, cross-stitching, crafts and riding the Harley. Most importantly she loved spending time with her family and grandkids.
She worked as a line worker at Delphi for 30 years.
She is survived by her son, Rick (Kate) McCormick, daughter Rachel (Eric) McCormick; grandkids Austin, Brooklynn, Ella; brothers, Terry (Jan), Dan (Georgeann), Jack (Lori), Tim, Mike (Linda), Dave; sisters, Gloria (Dan), Theresa and Patty; brother-in-law Ron (Kathy), sisters-in-law Sheila (John) and Marsha, and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Ric McCormick, brothers Frank and Dick, brothers-in-law Rodney, and John and in-laws Hazel and Jim.
