JUSTICE, Sidney – of Davison, age 85, passed away March 25, 2019 at The Pines of Burton. A Funeral Service will be held 2 PM Saturday, March 30, 2019 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison, MI 48423; Charlie Mealing officiating. Burial will be in Honaker-Justice Cemetery in Tram, KY. Visitation will be from 12 PM until the time of service on Saturday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Justice Family Reunion or Family Cemetery Fund.
Sidney was born in Tram, KY on May 5, 1933, son of the late Peter and Adeline (Rickman) Justice. Sidney proudly served our country in the U.S. Army. He married Elizabeth Mays on February 19, 1958. Sidney retired from GM on June 1, 1988. He enjoyed building homes and was a jack-of-all trades. Sidney loved to hunt, fish and cook. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family, especially while hosting the Annual 4th of July Reunion in Tram, KY.
Sidney is survived by his wife, Elizabeth; four children, Anita Merriwether, Yvette (Marcus Jackson) Justice, Craig Justice and Keith (Tammy) Justice; two grandchildren, Jaamel Merriwether and Erica Jackson; four great-grandchildren, Dominic, Kieana, Allana and Rylan; many beloved nieces, nephews and other relatives; friend of the family, John Bissonnette. He was preceded in death by 14 brothers and sisters.
