FARRINGTON, Robert D. “Bob” – Of Burton, age 45, died Sunday, March 11, 2018 at Hurley Medical Center.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 17, 2018 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor James Bell officiating.
Burial in Sunset Hills Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
Visitation 11 a.m. Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Robert was born in Flint, Michigan on September 29, 1972, the son of David and Christine (Moore) Farrington.
He was an avid hunter, knife maker and enjoyed camping and traveling. He loved riding dirt bikes and off-road vehicles.
Bob was formerly an engine builder and Jack of all trades.
Bob worked for Doan’s Landscaping and Salem Landscape.
Surviving are daughter, Sadie Farrington;
fiancee’, Michelle Rhine’
father, David Farrington;
mother, Christine and husband Ronald Robinette;
sisters, Jen Farrington-Duncan, Amanda Hill-Youmans and husband Mike Youmans;
many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by grandparents, Una and Mac Magee, Weldon and Cora Moore; best friend, Allan Woodbeck and many other friends.
