Elizabeth “Beth” Witak of Otter Lake formerly of Davison, age 71 died Saturday September 5, 2020 at her residence surrounded by family. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Those desiring may make contributions in Beth’s memory to the Genesee County Humane Society.
Beth was born in Flint Michigan on April 27, 1949 the daughter of the late Robert & Pauline (Feckovic) Garling and has resided in the Davison and Otter Lake area most of her life. She was joined in marriage to Walter Witak III on July 17, 1971 in Flint Michigan. Beth owned and operated several businesses including; Styles Unlimited, Walt’s Super Scoop, Jenny’s Lounge in Flint, and Do Drop In located in Otter Lake. Beth was a hard working lady and was a “friend to all”. Beth always enjoyed her travels to Florida and especially her time in the Punta Gorda area.
She is survived by her husband of forty-nine years Walter Witak III, daughter Jennifer Witak-Anzures, and granddaughter Brianna Anzures, all of Otter Lake. She also leaves sister, Vicki George and numerous extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by sister, Roberta Foust in 2019. Please share your condolences at www.hansenfuneralhome.net
