ANDERSON, Robert “Bob” - Of Swartz Creek, age 81, passed away Monday, August 3, 2026 at McLaren-Flint.
Bob was born in Chicago, Illinois on May 2, 1945. He married Judy on December 7, 2002. Bob had a vibrant personality and many passions. He loved fishing, blues music, glass blowing, cooking, and spending time with his family. Bob was known as a big jokester, he also adored his cats and was a dedicated member of the "lunch bunch" for 36 years.
Surviving are daughters, Lisa (Bob) O’Banion, Heidi Smart and Kimberly (Steve) Lau;
son, Andy Kaza;
life-long friend, Al Gardner among many other friends;
11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on 12pm Saturday, August 22, 2026 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Flint. Visitation 11am Saturday until the time of the service at the funeral home. |
