TAYLOR, Rosemary (Zimmerman) – of Davison, MI, age 82, passed away on Friday, January 15, 2021 at Ascension Genesys Hospital. A Private Funeral Service will be held at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Derrick Watkins officiating. Private Interment will be in Cherry Grove Cemetery in Clare, MI. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be considered to the Community Foundation of Greater Flint, please specify Hunter Miller Memorial Fund.
Rosemary was born in Harrison, MI on December 21, 1938, daughter of the late Fred and Agnes (Hladik) Zimmerman. She was raised and educated in Clare, MI and graduated from Clare High School. Rosemary retired from Genesee School District as a secretary/bookkeeper. She was blessed with one son, Richard Duane.
Rosemary is survived by her daughter-in-law, Carol Miller of Davison; stepson, James Taylor and his wife, Valerie; grandchildren, Jesse Taylor, Faith and Gus Daniels of Muskogee, OK; grandson, Matthew and Kathryn Crowley of Brighton; son, James and Jerry Yelinek of Vernon; sister-in-law, Shirley Zimmerman of Bay City; nephew, Josh and Sarah Zimmerman; niece, Julie Zimmerman; great-nieces, Madison and Haley Marie Zimmerman. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gary W. Taylor; son, Richard Miller; grandson, Hunter Miller; stepson, Joel Taylor; parents Fred and Agnes Zimmerman; brothers, Fred and John Zimmerman.
