FISHER, Dale A. – of Davison, age 83, passed away December 5, 2017 at Hampton Manor. A Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Monday, December 11, 2017 at Davison Free Methodist Church, 502 Church St., Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Glenn Teal and Pastor John James co-officiating. Burial will be in Davison Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 PM Sunday at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison, MI 48423. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service on Monday at church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Davison Free Methodist Church.
Dale was born in Flint, MI on July 26, 1934, son of the late Edwin and June (Bolander) Fisher. He married Beverly Procunier on November 24, 1956 and she preceded him in death on November 29, 2016. He retired from A/C Spark Plug as a security officer. Dale owned and operated Davison Wallpaper and Paint and Fisher Formica. He was a member of Davison Free Methodist Church for 50 plus years. Dale loved woodworking, hunting and was an avid collector of all things.
Dale is survived by children, Allen (LuAnne) Fisher, Bradley (Sandra) Fisher, Carrie (Kelly) Williams, Eadie (Doug) Mace and Cindy (Corey) Plett; 14 grandchildren, 16 ½ great-grandchildren; sister, Aneta James and Barbara Peck; many nieces and nephews.
