HEFFNER, Mary Josephine - Age 95, of Linden, died February 18, 2016. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Monday, February 22, 2016 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Pastor Jack McMaster will officiate. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Sunday. Mary was born October 6, 1920 in Glouster, OH, the daughter of Samuel and Minnie (Champlin) James. She was married to James Phillip Heffner on February 17, 1941; he preceded her in death on December 25, 2008. Mrs. Heffner retired from General Motors. She is survived by her children, James Heffner, Carol Heffner-Vassler, Gerald Heffner; grandchildren, Jerry Heffner, Jim Heffner, Christy Trzcinski, Matt Heffner, Jasen Heffner; six great-grandchildren; sisters, Betty Anderson and Elizabeth Morris; brother, Max James.
