Paul Dickson, age 70, passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2021, at Hurley Medical Center in Flint, Michigan. He is survived and remembered by his wife and childhood sweetheart; Rene Dickson; his eldest and only daughter; Walisa Dickson; and his grandchildren Arianna and Kyra Dickson. Paul was born on September 12, 1950, in Cleveland, Ohio to Ezra Dickson and Louise White. He graduated from the University of Michigan with his Doctor of Pharmacy in May of 1997 and worked at many established pharmacies in the Greater Michigan Area until his retirement.Paul enjoyed running around Grand Blanc alongside his wife or daughter. He was an annual runner of the 10-mile race during the Crim in Flint, Michigan. He was also a hard-working man who aimed to help those in need, while also helping his family solve problems in their day-to-day lives. There was no job too small for the man who worked hard his entire life to be an example for his daughter and granddaughters. He took joy in playing the saxophone, reading novels, and listening to classical music. There was not day that went by that Paul would not greet someone with a smile on his face. Mr. Dickson will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906. W. Flint Park Blvd., and may be viewed Wednesday May 19, 2021, from 11AM – 1 PM. Graveside service 1:30PM, Wednesday May 19, 2021, at Sunset Hills Cemetery, G-4413 Flushing Rd. Flint, MI. |
