Justin Daniel McLeod of Madison Heights, formerly of Grand Blanc, passed away at his home on July 22. He was born April 26, 1983 in Flint, Michigan. His parents are Ava McLeod and Daniel E. McLeod.
Justin graduated from Grand Blanc High School in 2001 and from Michigan Tech University in 2007 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. His latest job was at General Dynamics.
Justin was a caring jokester who spread light through his humor. He enjoyed most outdoor activities including biking, hiking, snowboarding, and fishing with his father.
In addition to his parents, Justin leaves his life partner Catherina Kyrtsos, the Kyrtsos family, stepmother Carol McLeod, Ava’s partner John McKenney, grandmother Shirley Young, Uncle Lee McLeod, Aunts: Renee Garant, Kim (Mike) Craine, Pam Jackson, Shirlene (Doug) Gooch, Janice (Robert) Rensch, and several cousins.
He was proceeded in death by his brother, Nathan McLeod, Grandparents: Virgil McLeod, Patricia McLeod, James Young, and Aunt Betty McLeod.
The family offers a special thanks to the Fick, Wilkins, and Nelson families for their special friendship with Justin.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be planned for a future date.
The family asks that in remembrance, donations be made to any charitable organization that supports those in need. |
