COOK, Nicholas John – of Davison, MI, age 67, passed away Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Acension Genesys Hospital. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held 3 PM Friday, October 8, 2021 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating. The family will receive visitors 1-3 PM Friday, October 8, 2021 at Allen Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice, in Nick’s memory.
Nick was born in Flint, MI on December 8, 1953, son of the late Nicholas and Lucille (Gauthier) Cook. He married Beverly Aube on September 1, 1973. Nick retired from General Motors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, attending auctions and spending time Up North.
Nick is survived by his wife, Beverly Cook; 3 children, Nicholas (Sara) Cook, Jeanene (Dennis Thompson) Hritz and Anthony Cook; 4 grandchildren, David, Beau, Wyatt and Marsalene; 3 siblings, Joe (Leslie) Cook, Judy Mason and Tim (Sherri) Cook; many other loving family members and close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nicholas and Lucille Cook.
