YELINEK, Rosemary R. – of Davison, age 78, passed away November 30, 2017 at McLaren Flint. A Funeral Liturgy will be held 11 AM Monday, December 4, 2017 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Rev. Fr. Andrew A. Czajkowski officiating. Burial will be in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-7 PM Sunday and 10-11 AM Monday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Humane Society of Genesee County.
Rosemary was born at St. Joseph Hospital in Flint, MI on September 26, 1939, daughter of the late Melvin and Ruth (Kehl) Heminger. She graduated from Kearsley High School and attended Baker College. Rosemary sold real estate for many years. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Rosemary was a wonderful mother and grandmother to many and her big smile always lit up the room when she entered.
Rosemary is survived by her children, Shannon (Rodney) Page, Mickie Shay, Jerry (Jodi) Yelinek, James Yelinek; grandchildren, Ashley (Charlie) Sedlarik, CJ Cooper, Westley Yelinek, Tori Yelinek, Katie Kent, Jerry Yelinek, Jr., Shelby Yelinek; dear friends and family, Lee Glidden, Lila Harrelson, Larry Dombrowski, Dick and Brenda Brown, Sandy McGuire. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Nicholas Page.
