Samuel John Isaac Jr., age 79, passed away peacefully on August 13th, leaving behind a legacy of love, family, and dedication.
Samuel was the beloved son of Samuel John Isaac Sr. and Surma Isaac. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend who cherished his family above all else.
Samuel was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Stephanie, and his daughter, Stacy Marie. He is survived by his son, Samuel John Isaac III, and his daughter-in-law, Meryl, along with his six cherished grandchildren: Miranda Haddad (Mark), Joshua Isaac (Mia), Anthony Legg, Mikaila Isaac, Chloe Legg, and Camille Legg, as well as his great-grandchildren: Callie Isaac, Oliver Isaac, Katy Haddad, and Sage Isaac.
Samuel dedicated many years of his life to the UAW International Union, where he worked until his retirement and to coaching football for Flint St. Mary’s Wildcats for over 20 years. He took pride in his work and in the people and friendships that became part of his life along the way. Sam was also a dedicated Michigan State fan who loved to watch and coach sports.
Above all, Samuel will be remembered for the love he had for his family. His memory will live on through his son, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and the many lives he touched throughout his 79 years.
Though he is deeply missed, his love, memories, and legacy will remain in the hearts of his family forever.
