PERKIN, Donald D. – Of Goodrich, age 73, died Thursday, September 16, 2021.
Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Frank Beck officiating.
Cremation has taken place.
Visitation 1 p.m. Tuesday until the time of the service at the funeral home.
Donald was born in Flint, Michigan on October 30, 1947, the son of the late William and Edna (Hausser) Perkin.
On December 18, 1971 he married Janice Slater in Flint at First Wesleyan Church.
He served in the United States Air Force and was employed by DuPont Automotive Systems in Troy, Michigan, for nearly 40 years.
Surviving are daughter, Valerie Perkin.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Janice, who passed in July of 2019.
