Flint Park Blvd., with funeral service commencing at 2:00 PM. Pastor Oscar Hare, officiating. Interment Gracelawn Community Cemetery, 5710 N. Saginaw St. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the Chapel 1:30 PM Tuesday. Mr. Harper will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home and may be viewed from 12:00 PM-6:00 PM Monday. |
