Shirley A. Bullard age 84 of Vernon, passed away Monday, July 14, 2025 at Pleasant View of Owosso. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM on Friday, July 18, 2025 at Watkins Brothers Funeral Homes, Durand Chapel. Burial will follow to Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends on Thursday, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM and one hour prior to the service.
Shirley Ann Weathers was born on October 18, 1940 in Saginaw, MI a daughter of Jerome and Gladys Weathers. On October 12, 1963 she married Robert Bullard at the Juddville United Methodist Church. Shirley enjoyed gambling, playing BINGO, playing cards and traveling to Florida in the winters. Prior to her retirement she worked as a bank teller for over 15 years.
Shirley is survived by her husband, Robert Bullard; children, Brian (Jillene) Bullard, Tracy (Jim) Kohlbeck and Kurt (Martha) Bullard; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and brother, Larry Weathers. She was preceded in death by her brother, James Weathers; parents, Jerome and Gladys Weathers.
