Clifford John Barton Jr., age 74, of Columbiaville died November 30, 2017 at McLaren- Lapeer Region with his family beside him.
Clifford was born January 9, 1943 in Romeo, Michigan to Clifford and Laura Barton. He served his country honorably in the U.S. Army and Air Force. He was a volunteer fireman for Groveland Township for 25 years, and enjoyed working on motorcycles, was an avid outdoorsman, gun collector, and working on classic cars. Most of all Clifford enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Clifford is survived by is children: Tammy (Mike) Williams, Johnnie Barton, Kelly Fremsted, Andrew Barton, Kristy (Roswell) Luarca, Stacey (Ralph) Ford, grandchildren: Meghan (Keith), Brooke (Matthew), Paige (Brent), Ariell, Aiden, Aaron, Amanda, Liliana, great-grandchildren: Keighan, Kaden, Gabriel, Aubree, niece: Sarah, nephews: Richard and Christopher, close friends: Bob Marvosh “Bob the mailman”, and Art Wildey, He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother David.
Funeral service 11:00 AM on Monday, December 4, 2017 at Jansen Family Funeral Home - Columbiaville, where friends may visit Sunday, December 3, 2017 fro 3:00 PM till 9:00 PM.
