SCOTT, David – of Burton, age 60, passed away on Saturday, December 13, 2025. Cremation has taken place, and a Private Memorial Service is being planned.
David was born in Wheeling, WV on July 15, 1965, son of the late Jerry and Carol (McCrobie) Scott. He loved Jesus, his family, boating, being on the water and his chihuahua Rosie. Florida was his favorite vacation spot. David owned and operated Radiant Facility Services. He played guitar in many praise and worship bands at the churches he attended. David’s family will miss his quick whit and wonderful sense of humor.
David is survived by his two children, Shaun (Emily) Scott and Arika (Luke) Douma; grandchildren, Henry, Miles, Owen and Oliver Scott, Leighton and Ellie Douma; two sisters, Karyl (Chris) Perko and Ellen (Chris) Hamm; one brother, Andy (Margret) Scott; many nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry and Carol Scott; and one brother, Jerry “Rusty” Scott, Jr.
