Gauthier, Adele Mary (Atchison), of Flushing, age 73, died Monday, October 12, 2020, at Hurley Medical Center. Her work was her passion where she retired as an operating room nurse at Hurley Medical Center She was a dear friend to many people. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and grandmother who cherished time with her family. She also loved wintering in St Petersburg, Florida. In leiu flowers, we are asking that a donation to Make-A-Wish Foundation is made in her name. Close friends and family will be celebrating her life.
Adele was born in Flint, Michigan on August 29, 1947, the daughter of Jack and Audrey (Peltier) Atchison. She married Douglas Gauthier on May 17, 2003.
Adele is survived by her husband, Douglas; children, Megan Marie McCormick, Michael Patrick (Sarah) McCormick; step-children, Douglas (Kathryn) Gauthier, Stephanie Racette, Christopher (Kelly) Gauthier, Andrew Gauthier, Brian (Colleen) Gauthier; grandchildren, Landon, Ayden, Grant; sisters, Diane Lambros, Rita Atchison; brothers, John (Chris) Atchison, Ben (Marcia) Atchison; and several nieces and nephews. |
