SCHADENBERG, Linda Susan (Turkuc) - of Burton, MI, age 68, passed away Saturday, May 12, 2018 at her residence under the care of Reverence Home Health and Hospice. A Funeral Service will be held 1 PM Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Road, Davison, MI 48423; Pastor Greg Rowan officiating. Burial immediately following the service in Dawn Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive visitors 5-8 PM Tuesday, May 15, 2018, 12-3 PM and 5-8 PM Wednesday, May 16, 2018 and 12-1 PM Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Allen Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, in Linda’s memory.
Linda was born in Flint, MI on May 9, 1950, daughter of the late Gus and Margaret (Bincsik) Turkuc. She married Jimmy Alan Schadenberg, Sr. on February 22, 1974 in Flint, MI and he preceded her in death on October 11, 2015. Linda retired from Troy Cleaners in Davison, MI in 2010. She was a member of Judson Baptist Church. Linda loved her church and her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her and loved her.
Linda is survived by 5 children, Michelle Potter, Lori (Scott) Daggett, Tonya (Chris) Fritz, Steve (Crystal) Schadenberg and William (Michelle Walker) Schadenberg; 15 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers, Louis Turkuc and John J. Turkucz; sister, Elizabeth A. Baron; many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by son, Jimmy Alan Schadenberg, Jr.
