CULINSKI, Johanna Marie - age 79, of Linden, passed away peacefully at home December 10, 2021. A memorial service will be held Monday December 20, 2021 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to Noon with a Memorial Service to immediately follow. She loved to travel and enjoyed spending time with her family. She enjoyed the Christmas season and collected and displayed Christmas decorations all year round. Johanna was born December 1, 1942 in Flint, the daughter of Andrew Louis and Mary Katherine (Olesak) Gach. She graduated from Southwestern High School in 1960 and was a registered nurse at Hurley Medical Center, retiring after many years of service. She loved animals and was a supporter of Adopt-A-Pet. She is survived by her children, Mary Anne Falk and Matthew Allen (Kenya) Purcell; Step-Children, Cheryl (Karl) Wellman, Craig (Leanne) Culinski, and Christine Culinski; grandchildren, Charlie (Catie) Falk, Matthew Purcell, Dey Perkins, Secret (Anthony) Martin, Zachary Purcell, Jeremy Jennings, Justice Jennings, Auburn Jennings; great-grandchildren, Dion Savage III, Kingston Perkins and Solahna Martin; siblings, Louis (Jan) Gach, Marjorie (James) VanDorne, Fran Gach and Charles (Joanne) Gach. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ludwig "Chet" Culinski; sister, Marion Fearon; brother, Daniel Gach.
