MYERS, Steven R. – Of Burton, age 51, died Tuesday, October 4, 2011 at his residence. Funeral service will be held at 12 noon Monday, October 10, 2011 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road. Burial in Crestwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hurley Children's Miracle Network. Visitation 2-8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Mr.Myers was born in Flint, Michigan on October 19, 1959, the son of Robert and Suzanne (Friday) Myers. Surviving are children, Krista Myers and husband Guy Minock of Holly, Adam and fiancee' Andrea Canaday and Steven Myers, Jr., all of Burton; grandchildren, Emerson and Easton; mother, Suzanne Myers of Grand Blanc; brother, Tim Myers of Grand Blanc; sister, Lynn Mize of Flint.
