Patricia was born January 18, 1945, in Flint, to the late Jesse and Emma (Fisher) Byers. She graduated from Atherton High School and attended the Detroit College of Business. Patricia shared four beautiful children with Dennis England. She cherished several years with Abraham “Bud” Gibson, and he preceded her in death in 1989. Patricia shared many wonderful years with Ellery (Al) Cronk, who also preceded her in death. She was a member of Beulah Land Christian Center and Living Word Family Worship Center. Patricia proudly worked in account management for many years, later retiring from Chase Bank. She was a woman who found great joy over the years in reading a good book, blessing her nieces with hand-painted ceramics (keepsakes that can never be replicated and always cherished), she enjoyed cooking a good meal and entertaining anyone that walked through the door anytime (especially holidays), loved being surrounded by people because there would always be someone to talk to (and she enjoyed to talk), her heart was always full of love and you could not help to love her back. She made it a goal to visit every state in the United States, which included a cruise to Hawaii and Alaska. And in her retirement years, she enjoyed feeding the birds, especially in the winter because it made looking out the window more enjoyable. Above all else, Patricia's heart was dedicated to her family. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who showered her children and grandchildren with love and affection. Patricia was a devoted Christian who was never shy to share her faith with others. Patricia Cronk will be remembered as a loving, giving, and caring person who left an indelible mark on the lives of those around her. Her warm presence and infectious smile will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Patricia is forever remembered by: Children: James England, Marcella England-Smith, Jesse (LaRonda) England, and Jerald (Joyce) England; Grandchildren: Hillary, Racheal, Cassandra, Heather, Lacie, Kalie, Patrick, and Zachery; 18 Great-Grandchildren; Sisters: Janice Meeler and Wendy (Clarence) Thick; Special friend, Don Burton; Beloved companion, Buttons; Several nieces, nephews, extended family, and wonderful friends.
