Michael G. Aleksovski, of Flushing, age 56, died Friday, July 31, 2020, at his home. Cremation has taken place and graveside services at Gracelawn Cemetery will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, August 15, 2020. Fr. Matthew Butrie will officiate. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Genesee Co. Humane Society or to the wishes of his family.
Michael was born in Flint, Michigan on February 24, 1964, the son of Todor and Mary (Nicoloff) Aleksovski. He worked at Trialon since 2010, as an Engineer Technician. Michael was an avid dirt bike rider and enjoyed his time trail riding in Northern Michigan. In his younger years, Michael would restore muscle cars and drag racing cars. He was a member of District 14 of AMA. Michael had a special bond with his beloved dog, Sammi.
He is survived by his brother, Zachary and wife Kimberly Aleksovski; niece, Hannah Aleksovski and fiancé Jordan; nephew, Zachary Aleksovski; aunts, Georgia Nicoloff, Lydia Nicoloff; cousins, Vivian Binelli and Steve Nicoloff; and numerous close friends and extended family. Michael was preceded in death by his parents; grandparents, Zahari and Bilka Nicoloff and Zora Aleksovska; uncle, Nick Nicoloff; twin nieces, Brittany and Ashley; and dear friend, Chelsea. |
