Ruth was born September 21, 1950 in Lapeer, Michigan to the late Kenneth and Lois Stoakley. She married David Rose on July 18, 1981. Ruth enjoyed gardening, sewing, and reading.
Ruth is survived by her husband David, children: Shawn Mullins, Scott Mullins, Christopher Mullins, Eric Rose, brother Kenneth Stoakley, and many grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Family and friends may visit 11:00 AM till 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 16, 2021 at Jansen Family Funeral Home - Columbiaville, with a luncheon following the visitation.
