GUNN, HATTIE– Of Burton, age 94.
We are heartbroken to share the passing of our beloved family matriarch, Hattie Gunn on May 15, 2026.
She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, mother-in-law, sister, aunt, and friend. Hattie was born on May 23, 1931, in Kentucky.
Hattie built a life full of family, faith, love, and laughter. Her family will lovingly remember her as the heartbeat of the family and her selfless devotion to those she loved.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Shelly Gunn; grandsons Bernie Gunn and his wife, Chelsea Gunn, and Dustin Gunn and his fiancée, Karen Layne; along with their children, Logan Gunn, Hunter Gunn, Luciana Gunn, and Evander Odishooe.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Gunn Sr., and her sons, Robert Gunn, Norman Gunn Jr., David Gunn, and Dennis Gunn.
A service will be held at Evergreen Cemetery on Wednesday May 20, 2026 at 1 p.m. Her love remains a guiding presence for all who knew her.
