Our beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Jennifer Jean (Wellman) Boulis, passed away June 25, 2021 in her home surrounded by her loved ones at 51 years of age. Funeral Service will be celebrated at 11:00 AM Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at O’Guinn Funeral Home in Clio. Pastor Ed Emmerling officiating. Burial in Flint Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at O’Guinn Family Funeral Home in Clio. Memorial Contributions can be made in Jennifer’s honor to the Hurley Breast Cancer Navigation Fund or the Great Lakes Recovery Mission
Jennifer was born on October 4, 1969 in Flint, Michigan to Stephen and Norma Wellman. Jennifer married Keith L. Boulis on December 20, 1987. Jennifer was a proud mother and homemaker until she went to work for herself as the owner of Jenny on the Spot cleaning company. Jennifer fought a long 12-year battle with Metastatic Breast Cancer under the care of Dr. Paul Adams at the Genesys Hurley Cancer Institute. Jennifer gave to others when she could. She loved gift giving, collecting donations for the homeless, watching classic TV shows and spending time with her family. Jenny was a member of the Flint Motorcycle Club for over two decades where she helped fundraise for non-profit organizations and gained many life-long friends that she cherished. Jenny loved family card parties and made the best “ancient Chinese secret” cookies! The family would like to extend a special thank you to Laurie Jackson and Lorraine Bates as they helped to care for her in recent years.
Above everything Jennifer loved her family. Mama Bear will be missed by all, and her memories will be cherished forever. Left to cherish her memories is her husband, Keith; her four children, Danielle (Andrew) Wilhelm, Keith J. (Brooke) Boulis, Robert (Heather) Boulis, Brett (Britney) Boulis; and her four grandchildren, Luke, Zackary, Addalynn and Carson; her sister, Annette (Joseph) Bryl; Uncle Rich and Aunt Alice Melenbrink, many nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. Jennifer is happily reunited with her parents, Stephen and Norma Wellman; parent in-laws, Robert and Ethel Boulis; dear friend Gary Moser and many aunts and uncles. |
