KINGSBURY, Lyle W. – of Otisville, age 79, went home to be with our Lord on November 12, 2020 at Ascension Genesys Hospital. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
Lyle was born in Flint, MI on May 8, 1941, son of the late Gerald Kingsbury and Gladys Austin. He worked for GM for 36 years as a group leader and attended River of Life Worship Center in Flint. Lyle was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He loved his family and loved spending every minute he could with them. Lyle enjoyed watching his grandson play hockey and always enjoyed attending all his grandchildren’s events. He also enjoyed taking his motorcycle out for an occasional ride. Lyle was loved and will be missed by many.
Lyle is survived by his wife of 55 years, Joan Kingsbury; children, Lyle (Tracy) Kingsbury, Jr., Todd (Tracy) Kingsbury, and Luella (Ray) Arntz; foster daughters, Amanda, Rose, and Donna; former daughter-in-law, Renee Burley; grandchildren, Kayla (Tyler), Alana (Corey), Brittany (Caleb), Cory, Austin (Des), Kandace (Tyler), Alex, Brenan (Haley), Kareena (Isaac), Carter (Kayli); great-grandchildren, Levi, Bradley, Thomas, Linkin, Bennett, and Riley; sisters, Barb, Sharon (Wally); brother, Laverne; half-siblings, Jerry, Ronnie, Beulah and Joy; many nieces and nephews.
