WYMAN, Arthur Richard -Of Fenton, age 80, died Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at Wellbridge of Fenton.
He was cremated lovingly wrapped in a quilt made by his step-daughter, Michelle Trafas.
Memorial service to be announced at a later date.
Arthur was born in Detroit, Michigan on August 6, 1937, the son of Charles and Blanch (nee Lovejoy) Wyman.
Arthur worked 44 years, 3 months and 16 days at Flint Metal Fab, mostly as a Journeyman Tinsmith.
Arthur was a loving husband to Carol Ann (Morgan, Herzog) Wyman and a wonderful father to Jeffery, Christopher, Scott and Sherri Wyman; step-children, Michelle Trafas, Darrin Northon, Kevin Northon and Frederick Herzog; along with numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
He was a kind, loyal, loving Christian man and a member of Lamb of God Fellowship in Montrose, Michigan.
Arthur was a faithful prayer warrior at both Lake Fenton United Methodist Church and Lamb of God Fellowship Church. He was baptized many times, but the most important to him was during his trip to Israel, in the River Jordan in 2013.
Arthur loved living on the shores of Lake Fenton, playing in the garage, working on his vintage Corvette, along with numerous other odd jobs.
And those of us who knew him so well, believe he will make a great angel and serve God loyally.
The youngest of 8 children, Arthur is survived by siblings, Blanche Thompson of Beverly Hills, MI, Robert Wyman of Kalamazoo, MI and Ruth White of Anapolis, MD;
along with numerous nieces and nephews.
