WHITE, Mr. Irontae Rayheen Vashaun-age 21 passed away Thursday, March 27, 2014 at Hurley Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Saturday, April 12, 2014 with 10:30 am family hour at Serenity Funeral Chapel G-2340 W. Carpenter Rd., Flint, MI 48505. Rev. Kevin Thompson officiating. The final resting place for Mr. White will be RiverRest Cemetery, Flint, MI. Calling hours are 10:00 am- 6:00 pm Friday, April 11, 2014 at Serenity Funeral Chapel.
Mr. Irontae White was born September 7, 1992 in Flint, MI the son of Jerome Smith and Kamika White. Irontae was a lifelong resident of Flint and was currently enrolled in Stalker. Mr. White loved learning and enjoyed working on automobiles. He also like spending time with his cousins playing basketball and video games. Irontae was the only child and loved being around family. He cherished his son Jakarri and little brother Karmello who he watched faithfully to help his mom out that he loved dearly. Mr. White was a protector over his family as well as being a sweet, caring, loving young man that will be missed by alot of family and friends.
Mr. Irontae White leaves to cherish his memory: son, Jakarri Smith; step-son, Rumeal Taylor; parents, Kamika White and Jerome Smith; step-mother, Shelly Campbell; step-father, Donnell Smith; mother of his child, Laquita Smith; grandparents, Letha Smith, Durent McFadden, Danny White; brothers, Karmello Bonner, Zaurise Gee, Clarence Smith; step-sister, Ariane Campbell; aunts, Keisha Smith, Evita Wesley, Tacey Benton, Kenyatta White and special aunt, Latoya White; uncles, Rhasmeer Dukes, Raphael Dukes, Billy Benton; great-aunts, Betty Gray, Shirley Hudson, Anita Hudson, Jennifer Hudson, Angie Hudson; great-uncles, Donnie Hudson, Allan Hudson; cousins, Shyirrea' Smith, Carlishiane Nuby, Talia Watkins, Quadreka White, Donminique, Jarvis Hudson, Montress and Breonna White, Tykila, Toquilla (John) Hudson, Tahquila Hudson, DeAundric Dorsey, Serenna Hudson, Jamila Suggs, Jayviar Suggs, Parris (Wynter) Burt Taushee Kemp and a host of other Smith cousins; many other relatives and special friends including: Daveonta Burley, Daquane Tiggs, Curtis Lee, Rickey Harvey and the entire Wesley family.
Mr. White was preceded in death by: grandfather, Billy Ray Wesley; grandmother, Wanda Hudson; great-grandparents, Willie B. and Julia Hudson; uncle, Dericcio White; great uncle, Jarvis Hudson.
