WILLIAMS, Kenneth M. – Of Grand Blanc, age 91, died Saturday, October 14, 2017 at his residence.
Private family service has been held.
Burial in Evergreen Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Kenneth was born in Indianapolis, IN the son of James and Mary (Scalf) Williams and was a resident of the Flint area since 1968.
He married Margaret “Bonnie” Hendrixson on March 28, 1949 in Indianapolis and she preceded him in death on November 12, 2013.
Kenneth received a Bachelor’s Degree from Purdue University.
He served as a Corporal in the United States Army Artillery in World War II.
He enjoyed traveling, golfing, fishing, walking, playing cards, and especially loved spending time with his family.
Kenneth was a salesman for Link Belt in Indianapolis and Detroit. He then worked for Grandston Hall in Flint, retiring in 1984.
Surviving are two daughters, Cinda Edwards,
Candy and husband Larry Stites, all of Grand Blanc;
grandchildren, Bryan and wife Jeni Edwards,
Lindsay and husband Aaron Vandyke,
Stacy and husband Phil Licari,
Kristy and husband Erik Schaffer;
great-grandchildren, Austin and Kendal Licari,
Braden and Bailey Vandyke and Connor Edwards;
sister-in-law, Vallie Williams;
two nephews, Bill and wife Debbie Williams,
Steve and wife Mari Williams.
He was also preceded in death by his parents and brother, Raymond Williams.
