KIESLING, Geraldine – Of Flint, formerly of Darlington, South Carolina, age 71, died Wednesday, March 21, 2018.
Funeral service will be held at 12 p.m. Monday, March 26, 2018 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Pastor Scott Grigonis officiating.
Burial in Crestwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family.
Visitation 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday, March 25, 2018 at the funeral home.
Geraldine was born in Darlington, South Carolina on November 8, 1946, the daughter of the late Carl and Viola (Lee) Weatherford.
She attended Flint First Wesleyan Church.
She loved cooking, gardening, puzzles and enjoyed playing cards.
Surviving are children, Ann and husband Jim Ireland,
Duane and wife Shari Kiesling,
Laura Shell,
Brian and wife Becky Kiesling;
grandchildren, Kaitlin Shell, Jamie Ireland, Duane Kiesling, Justin Ireland, Cameron Kiesling, Joey Shell, John and Jen Symons, Jason and Kelly Judson and Kyle Kirshman;
8 great-grandchildren, Zander, Zaiden, Zoran and Zared, Lola and Lana Symons, Zoey and Liam Judson;
brother, Douglas and wife Ceil Weatherford;
longtime friend, Ernest Hall;
She was preceded in death by her former husband, Cameron Kiesling; sister, Magdalene Bassham; brothers, Jerry and Carl (Johnny Mac) Weatherford.
